General Warranty Policy

Kew Labs warrants to the purchaser that your product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, as identified on your product package and/or at www.hanakew.advandemo.com under the warranty specification for your product. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the country it was purchased in.

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:

  1. Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly;
  2. Improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions, or connection to an improper voltage supply;
  3. Use of non-Kew Labs consumables, such as replacement batteries;
  4. Lost parts that were originally supplied by Kew Labs;
  5. Normal wear and tear;
  6. Changes to the material composition, quality, or condition of surfaces where the product is installed, which may prevent the product from functioning as intended. This includes surfaces containing metallic elements or conductive materials that may interfere with wireless charging performance. Natural stone surfaces (including but not limited to granite, marble, and quartzite) are particularly subject to this exclusion, as their metallic mineral content can vary significantly between batches, suppliers, and geographic origins in ways that may impair product function. Kew Labs strongly recommends that dealers and installers test the product on representative sample pieces of any natural stone surface prior to full installation.

This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement of or reimbursement for any electronic device or personal property that is not a Kew Labs product.

Distributors / Dealer's Warranty Policy

Dealers Warranty Policy

Kew Labs warrants to the dealer or Distributor that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation, provided that the installation date is properly recorded by the end installer. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the dealer, the installer, and the country where the product was purchased and installed.

Definition of Dealers & Distributors:
For the purposes of this warranty, “Dealers” and “Distributors” refers to companies that have been officially onboarded into the Kew Labs Dealer Program and are authorized to sell, distribute and/or install Kew Labs products.

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:

  1. Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly;
  2. Improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions, or connection to an improper voltage supply;
  3. Use of non-Kew Labs consumables, such as replacement batteries;
  4. Lost parts that were originally supplied by Kew Labs;
  5. Normal wear and tear;
  6. Changes to the material composition, quality, or condition of surfaces where the product is installed, which may prevent the product from functioning as intended.

Important Note: To validate this warranty, the date of installation must be recorded by the end installer. Failure to record the installation date may void the warranty.
