Domestic Shipping times

Kew Labs provides Fedex 2 Day shipping as a standard option for domestic shipping within the US. This shipping method typically takes 2-3 days for delivery, depending on the specific locations within the US.

International Shipping Times

Kew Labs uses Fedex international as standard for global shipments. Estimated shipping times for popular global regions are as follows:

Fedex International Economy Shipping:

Europe – 3-5 business days

Middle East – 3-5 business days

Asia – 5-7 business days

Australia – 4-6 business days

Central & South America – 3-7 business days

Fedex International Priority is also available for some regions during checkout.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal service efficiency. Kew Labs does not take responsibility for local taxes, import duties, clearance fees and surcharges imposed by Fedex International.

Returns

All items sold by Kew Labs may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is not defective or damaged. Items will be inspected for damage or defects on return and the refund issued after the inspection is complete.

Domestic Returns (US)

If an item needs to be returned for any reason and a refund is requested, Kew Labs charges a flat rate fee of $10.00 for units being returned within the USA. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Kew Labs reserves the right to choose the method of return shipping, with most US return shipments being handled through Fedex Ground.

International Returns

International returns to the US or UK must be arranged and paid for by the customer to receive a full refund.

To start a return:

  • Email: support@hanakew.advandemo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • A member of the Kew Labs team will respond to your request and upon approval, a return shipping label will be shared to your email.
  • Kew Labs will inspect the product upon a return and issue a refund.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and picked up by Fedex, Kew Labs will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. This email will be sent from info@hanakew.advandemo.com.

Please allow up to 2 days from the confirmation of your order for Fedex to pick it up. If you do not see the email with your tracking information, remember to also check your spam folder for any emails from info@hanakew.advandemo.com.

During holiday shutdowns, please be aware that there may be delays in both order tracking confirmations and shipping collections from our facility. This means that it may take longer for Fedex to pick up your order and for you to receive your tracking information. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times, as we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
